Rosa provides interpreter services and assists clients with administrative needs related to DWI, treatment issues, and problem solving. Raised in Santa Ana, California, Rosa moved to North Carolina at the age of 10. Experiencing first-hand the struggles that Hispanic families endure daily to get by and to achieve the American Dream, she feels moved to help our Hispanic community successfully reach their goals.
